Programma 2121 is a shared value partnership

The Italian Ministry of Justice - Department of Penitentiary Administration - and Lendlease, as promoter and strategic catalyst of the project, together with: Regional Superintendency of the Penitentiary Administration of Lombardy, Lombardy Region, AREXPO, ANPAL, Metropolitan City of Milan, PlusValue, Fondazione Triulza, Milano Santa Giulia and Fondazione Fits!, in 2018 signed the Programma 2121 Memorandum of Understanding.
The project has been renewed for a further five years (2021-2026).
